高功率密度电机换相过程中磁场特性研究及优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对高电磁负荷特性的高功率密度无刷直流电机换相过程运行特点,通过对三相六状态控制模式下电机运行的工况分析,推导出换相过程的电路方程,建立计及两相导通过程和换相重叠过程的高功率密度电机场-路耦合时步有限元数学模型,模型计算结果与实验数据对比,验证了该模型的正确性。进一步研究了高功率密度电机换相过程中的电磁特性,并针对转子位置角、极弧系数大小和极弧中心偏移量对电磁特性的影响进行定量分析,提出了合理的优化方案,降低了高功率密度电机气隙磁场高次谐波对电机的影响。研究结果对高功率电机设计与优化具有一定的参考意义。 For the operation characteristics high power density of the commutation process of brushless DC motor,based on the analysis the operation condition of the three-phase six state control mode,the commutation process of circuit equation was deduced.A two-phase process of conduction and commutation overlap of the high power density electric airport-step road coupled finite element mathematical model was built.By comparing the model calculation results with the experimental data,the correctness of the model was verified.The electromagnetic characteristics in the commutation process of high power density motor were further studied,and the effects of rotor position angle,pole arc coefficient and pole arc center offset on the electromagnetic characteristics were quantitatively analyzed,and a reasonable optimization scheme was put forward to reduce the influence of high harmonic of air gap magnetic field on the motor of high power density motor.The research results have certain reference significance for the design and optimization of high power motor.
