摘要
碾压混凝土坝优点众多,但大体积混凝土水化热控制措施一直备受关注,对大坝施工期进行温度模拟显得十分重要。文章以碾压混凝土重力坝为研究对象,结合三维有限元温度场原理和施工仿真的热-应力耦合模块,模拟坝体混凝土分层浇筑、浇筑厚度、入仓温度等不同影响因素下的施工期温度场应力分布规律。计算成果可为坝体的设计施工提供一定的指导价值。
The roller compacted concrete dam has many advantages,but the control measures of hydration heat of mass concrete have been paid much attention,so it is very important to simulate the temperature of the dam during construction.RCC gravity dam is taken as the research object in this paper,the temperature field principle of three-dimensional finite element and the thermal-stress coupling module of construction simulation,the distribution law of temperature field and stress during construction period under different influencing factors,such as the thickness of concrete layered pouring,warehousing temperature and so on,is simulated.The calculation results can provide some guiding value for the design and construction of the dam body.
