摘要
工商管理一直是企业管理当中的重要组成部分,对企业的经济发展速度提升以及内部管理具有非常重要的促进作用。工商管理主要受企业经营环境、企业经营制度和企业管理人员管理水平所影响。论文对现阶段企业工商管理的作用进行介绍,探究并发现工商管理过程中存在的问题和对应的解决方法,以期促进相关企业实现工商管理效能的提升,推动我国企业工商管理工作的发展和进步。
Business administration has always been an important part of enterprise management,which plays a very important role in promoting the acceleration of the economic development speed and internal management of the enterprise.Business administration is mainly affected by enterprise business environment,enterprise business system and management level of enterprise managers.This paper introduces the role of business administration of enterprises at this stage,explores and finds the problems existing in the process of business administration and corresponding solutions,so as to promote the improvement of business administration effectiveness of relevant enterprises,and promote the development and progress of business administration work of enterprises in China.
