摘要
目的检验重复献血影响因素和行为意向评估量表的信效度,全面、深入、科学地评估影响重复献血行为的因素。方法选取2020年11月5至10日、2021年3月23至27日浙江省血液中心的7个献血点及1所高校的非固定献血者406位,以现场手机扫描二维码,跳转到问卷页面进行答题的方式获取数据,最终获取有效问卷370份(91.13%)纳入分析。采用克朗巴赫系数(Cronbach's α)、折半系数、因子分析等方法分别对量表进行信效度检验。结果项目分析剔除相关性系数<0.5的3个条目。探索性因素分析表明量表有9个维度结构,每个因子各有3~12个条目,所有条目的因素载荷均>0.63,旋转后累计方差解释率65.577%。最终量表为44个问卷条目,其Cronbach's α 0.937(>0.800),各维度Cronbach's α均>0.820。结论重复献血影响因素和行为意向的评估量表具有良好的信效度,可用于重复献血评估。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of behavioral intention assessment scale for repeated blood donation based on the extended planned behavior theory.Methods In November 2020 and March 2021,a questionnaire survey on factors affecting behavioral intention of repeated blood donation was conducted among 406 participants in blood donation sites selected by random sampling and stratified sampling,and 370 valid questionnaires(91.13%)were included for the analysis.Cronbach's α coefficient,half coefficient,factor analysis and other methods were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results Three items with a correlation coefficient lower than 0.5 were deleted.The scale had 9 dimensional structures,each factor had 3-12 items,the factor loads of all items were greater than 0.63,and the cumulative variance explanation rate after rotation was 65.577%.The final scale consisted of 44 questionnaire items,the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.937(>0.800),and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was greater than 0.820.Conclusion The assessment scale for the influencing factors and behavioral intention of repeated blood donation has good reliability and validity and can be used for evaluation of repeated blood donation.
