摘要
流变学作为研究材料流动性及黏弹性的主要学科工具,流变测量学则是用于确定流变特性的测试技术。在涂料开发中,针对涂料流变性能的设计,一般是不同的增稠剂复配使用,以达到最合适的流变性能。应用流变技术,可以直接得出涂料从低剪到高剪下的流变曲线,通过解读流变曲线表现的信息,可以推测产品在实际应用中的流变性能,并根据自己的设计思路,通过调整流变助剂的种类、比例,去调整产品的流变性能,非常直观、可靠。
Rheology is a major tool for studying the fluidity and viscoelasticity of materials,and rheometry is a testing technology used to determine the rheological properties.In coating development,in order to achieve the most appropriate rheological properties,engineers tend to compound more than one thickening agent in a formula.Using rheology technology,we can get the rheological curve that show the viscosity of the coating from low shear rate to high.By the curve,we can get the information about the rheological properties in practical application of the coating,then,according to our own ideas,we can adjust the thickening agent to optimize the rheological properties,it is very intuitive and reliable.
