摘要 近年来,随着我国改革开放的不断发展,中国的房地产行业发展十分迅速。房地产企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,为使房地产行业稳定健康地发展,我国政府出台了多个宏观调控政策,不断完善对于房地产市场的控制和监督。论文以无锡雅居乐项目为例,结合理论知识和实践经验,通过概述项目所属公司的背景以及雅居乐项目的基本情况、营销现状,分析营销中存在的问题,并提出有建设性意义的改进对策。 In recent years,with the continuous development of China's reform and opening up,China's real estate industry has developed very rapidly.The competition among real estate enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to make the real estate industry develop steadily and healthily,the Chinese government has introduced a number of macro-control policies to constantly improve the control and supervision of the real estate market.This paper takes the AGILE project in Wuxi as an example,combines theoretical knowledge and practical experience,summarizes the background of the company the project belongs to,the basic situation of AGILE project and the marketing status quo,analyzes the problems existing in the marketing,and puts forward constructive improvement countermeasures.
