摘要
药物是目前临床治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的常用手段,西药起效快,但副作用多,可引起肝肾功能损伤,导致转氨酶升高及横纹肌溶解症。中医药治疗以辨证治疗为原则,具有整体结构的宏观思维,AS是由多种原因所致的复杂性疾病,而中医药治疗具有多重作用机制,可为AS治疗提供更多可能。现主要从中医辨证、中药汤剂治疗、中药针剂治疗等方面对AS中医药治疗进展进行综述,旨在为临床治疗提供更多理论依据。
Currently,drugs are commonly used in the clinical treatment of atherosclerosis(AS).Despite that western medicine works quickly,it can cause side effects such as liver and kidney function damage,leading to the elevation of transaminase and rhabdomyolysis.Basing on the principle of syndrome differentiation,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)therapyconsiders the overall structure from a macroscopic perspective.Also,the multiple mechanisms of TCM can provide morepossible waysin the treatment of AS,which is a complex disease caused by various reasons.This study mainly reviews the TCM treatment of AS from the aspects of syndrome differentiation,TCM decoction and injection,aiming to provide moretheoretical basis for clinical treatment.
