摘要 为避免残留矿粉、沥青老化及三氯乙烯等因素对回收沥青的测试结果的影响,使旧沥青的检测指标更加精确,通过室内沥青溶液的离心试验与旋转蒸发器回收试验,改进了离心试验中的相对离心力和时间参数,提出了三阶段回收沥青的操作步骤和要点,并对改进后的试验方法进行验证。结果表明:采用高速离心机施加相对离心力3000×g可以在短时间内消除残留矿粉的影响;采用常温、低温和高温三阶段试验操作不仅可以去除三氯乙烯溶剂,还能避免回收沥青的再次老化,改进后的试验方法可以快速、准确地回收RAP中的旧沥青。 In order to avoid the influence of residual mineral powder,asphalt aging,trichloroethylene and other factors on the test results of recycled asphalt and make the detection index of old asphalt more accurate,the relative centrifugal force and time parameters in centrifugal test had been improved and the operation steps and key points of three-stage asphalt recovery had been proposed as well as the improved test method had been verified by the indoor centrifugal test of asphalt solution and the recovery test of rotary evaporator.The results showed that the influence of residual mineral powder had been eliminated in a short time by applying 3000×g relative centrifugal force by high-speed centrifuge;the three-stage tested operation of normal temperature,low temperature and high temperature can not only remove the influence of residual mineral powder in a short time Vinyl chloride solvent can also avoid the re aging of recycled asphalt and the improved test method had quickly and accurately recovered the old asphalt in rap.
