摘要
为使民机机载设备鉴定试验更改控制有效,对鉴定试验更改流程进行了论述,并以某大型民用飞机燃油系统配套的10项产品为研究对象,采用分类统计的方法分析了导致鉴定试验发生更改的原因。结果表明:采用的试验更改控制方法有效;研制前期需求分析不全面、试验台选用不合理等因素是导致试验更改的主要原因。有针对性地提出了相应的优化策略,从而降低鉴定试验周期和成本。
In order to make it effective for the change control of qualification test of civil aircraft airborne equipment,this paper elaborates the process of qualification test change,and takes ten products as the research object which are assembled on a civil aircraft fuel system,and analyses the change reasons of the qualification test by classification statistics method.The results show that the adopted test change control method is effective,and the factors,such as incomplete requirements analysis in the early stage of development and unreasonable selection of test bench,account for the main reasons.Corresponding optimization strategies are put forward to reduce the identification test cycle and cost.
