摘要
美丽乡村建设是一个全面的、综合的概念,具有丰富的内涵。近年来,陇南市在美丽乡村建设方面做了大量工作,取得了显著的成效,初步形成了美丽乡村建设的"陇南模式"。但是,在实施中仍然存在盲目性和无规划性、村民的主体性不足、公共服务系统不健全、文化建设滞后等问题。我们通过规划乡村发展远景、多渠道培育乡村产业、发挥村民的主体作用、加强乡村文化建设等举措来突破存在的困境。
The construction of beautiful countryside,which is a comprehensive concept with rich connotations.In recent years,Longnan City has done a lot of work in the construction of beautiful countryside and achieved remarkable results,and has initially formed the"Longnan Model".However,there are still some problems in the implementation,such as blindness and non-planning,lack of villagers’subjectivity,unsound public service system and lagging cultural construction.We can break through the existing difficulties by planning the rural development prospect,cultivating rural industries through multiple channels,giving full play to the main role of villagers,and strengthening rural cultural construction.
