摘要
短路试验是小型断路器的一项常规型式试验。GB/T 10963.1—2005中详细规定了短路试验对于试验参数(试验电压、试验电流、功率因数、合闸相角等)的相关要求,但没有明确功率因数和合闸相角对于短路试验的影响,给测试人员带来一定困扰。以短路电流数学表达式为切入点,结合常见的短路试验案例,从理论和试验两个方面明确了功率因数和合闸相角对小型断路器短路试验的影响,对加深断路器短路试验的理解有一定帮助。
The short circuit test is a conventional type test for miniature circuit breakers.GB/T 10963.1—2005 specifies the relevant requirements of test parameters(test voltage,test current,power factor,closing phase angle,etc.)in detail.However,the influence of power factor and closing phase angle on short circuit test is not clear,which brings some troubles to testers.In this paper,the short circuit current mathematical expression is taken as a starting point,combined with the common short circuit test cases,from the theoretical analysis and test results analysis,the influence of power factor and closing phase angle on the miniature circuit breaker short-circuit test is analyzed,to deepen the understanding of circuit breaker short-circuit test.
