摘要
目的:观察黄连附子汤治疗十二指肠溃疡患者的效果。方法:选取128例十二指肠溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各64例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用黄连附子汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后核因子κB(NF-κB)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组NF-κB和TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.87%(62/64),高于对照组的84.38%(54/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.12%(2/64),低于对照组的15.62%(10/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连附子汤治疗十二指肠溃疡患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎性因子水平和不良反应发生率,效果优于常规西药治疗。
Objective:To investigate effects of Huanglian Fuzi decoction in treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods:128 patients with duodenal ulcer were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Huanglian Fuzi decoction.The levels of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of NF-κB and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.87%(62/64),which was higher than 84.38%(54/64)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.12%(2/64),which was lower than 15.62%(10/64)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Huanglian Fuzi decoction in the treatment of the patients with duodenal ulcer can increase the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to conventional western medicine treatment.
