摘要
近年来,国家大力推广特色小镇建设,并引入PPP模式,解决特色小镇建设的资金问题和提高项目效率。文章针对PPP模式下建设特色小镇中暴露出的一些问题,以徽州区西溪南镇为例,利用BIM技术,结合PPP模式从规划、设计、施工再到管理协调统一,降低了小镇建设的风险,得出了"BIM+PPP"新模式促进小镇建设的结论。
In recent years, China has vigorously promoted the construction of characteristic towns and introduced the PPP model to solve the funding problem of the construction of characteristic towns and improve the project efficiency. In view of some problems exposed in the construction of characteristic towns under the PPP mode and taking Xixinan Town in Huizhou District as an example, this paper uses BIM technology and PPP mode to reduce the risk of town construction from planning, design, construction to management coordination and unification, and draws the conclusion that the new mode of "BIM + PPP" promotes town construction.
