摘要
随着中国在生态文明建设大背景下对于环境标准的要求日益提高,中国对跨境可再生资源监管趋严的态势已不可扭转。本文分析了我国铜产品供需情况和可再生铜的来源,研究建立了全要素能效评估指标体系,介绍了DEA模型的起源与发展,并基于SBM-DEA构建了跨境可再生铜资源能效评估模型,且集成能效评估系统,发布Web服务,在跨境可再生资源综合服务平台应用。
With China's increasing requirements for environmental standards and requirement for the construction of ecological civilization,the trend of China's stricter supervision on the import of cross-border renewable resources has been irreversible.This paper analyzed the supply and demand of copper products in China and the source of renewable copper,researched and established a total-factor energy efficiency evaluation index system,explained the origin and development of the DEA model,and built a cross-border renewable copper resource energy efficiency evaluation based on the SBM-DEA Model,and integrated energy efficiency evaluation system,published Web services,and applied on Cross-Border Renewable Resources Comprehensive Service platform.
