杨房沟水电站泄洪消能设计深化研究

摘要 杨房沟水电站工程泄洪消能具有“河谷狭窄、岸坡陡峻,流量大、水头高,水垫塘两岸地形不对称且长度受限”等突出特点,泄洪消能建筑物的体形布置、水力学指标控制、岸坡防护设计和下游防冲措施的技术难度大。通过大量的计算分析和模型试验论证工作,对“4表3中”和“3表4中”布置方案进行了深化比选研究,推荐的“4表孔+3中孔”布置方案水力学条件相对较优,超泄能力强,运行调度更加灵活,使得杨房沟水电站工程泄洪安全性得到提高;创新性地提出了一种“楔形体+底板镂空”新型表孔结构形式,可导控表孔下泄水流,可为后续窄河谷、高水头、大泄量、坝后消能区受限的水利水电工程提供借鉴和参考。 Because the flood discharge and energy dissipation of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is characterized by“Narrow valley,steep bank slope,large flow,high water head,asymmetric topography on both sides of plunge pool and limited length”,the technical difficulties of flood discharge and energy dissipation structure layout,hydraulic index control,bank slope protection design and downstream anti-scour measures are great.Through a large number of calculation analyses and model tests,the layout schemes of“4 crest orifices+3 middle orifices”and“3 crest orifices+4 middle orifices”are deeply compared and analyzed.The recommended layout scheme of“4 crest orifices+3 middle orifices”has relatively better hydraulic conditions,strong over-discharge capacity and more flexible operation and dispatching,which can improve the flood discharge safety of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station Project.A new type of crest orifice structure of“Wedge-shaped body+hollow bottom plate”is innovatively put forward,which can guide and control the discharge flow.The study will provide references for other water conservancy and hydropower projects with narrow valley,high water head,large discharge and limited energy dissipation area behind the dam.
