摘要
采用石油醚作为溶剂,提取楠藤根、茎、叶中的挥发油成分,利用GC-MS法对化学成分进行鉴定,利用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量。结果表明:从楠藤根、茎、叶中分别鉴定出49、45、28种化学成分,分别占挥发油含量的93.70%、92.10%、93.28%;从根、茎、叶中共鉴定出68种化合物,其中共有成分有19种;楠藤根、叶部分的挥发油主要成分为羽扇豆醇乙酸酯,相对含量分别为28.85%、27.33%;楠藤茎部的挥发油主要成分为γ-谷甾醇,相对含量为16.73%。通过GC-MS技术分析发现,楠藤根、茎、叶中的挥发性成分在种类和含量上存在差异。
Petroleum ether was used as solvent to extract volatile oil from roots,stems and leaves of Mussaenda erosa Champ.The chemical components were identified by GC-MS,and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated by area normalization method.The results showed that 49,45 and 28 chemical constituents were identified from the roots,stems and leaves of Mussaenda erosa Champ.,accounting for 93.70%,92.10%and 93.28%of the volatile oil,respectively.A total of 68 compounds were identified from roots,stems and leaves,of which,there were 19 common ingredients.The main component of the essential oil in the root and leaf parts of Mussaenda erosa Champ.was lupeol acetate,with the relative content of 28.85%and 27.33%,respectively.The main component of the volatile oil from the stem of Mussaenda erosa Champ.wasγ-sitosterol,with a relative content of 16.73%.Through the analysis of GC-MS technology,it is found that there are differences in the types and contents of volatile components in the roots,stems and leaves of Mussaenda erosa Champ.
