摘要
中国共产党自成立以来,高度重视卫生健康法治建设。卫生健康法治建设经历了探索、初创、恢复重建、初具雏形、持续完善等阶段,形成了包括公共卫生与保健、医疗服务、食品药品等健康相关产品及中医药保护、卫生健康公益事业等内容的卫生健康法律制度体系,基本实现卫生健康各方面工作有法可依、有章可循。卫生健康法治建设的历程表明,坚持党的领导、坚持维护人民群众身体健康安全、坚持立足国情和卫生健康事业发展实际、坚持立法与重大改革决策相衔接,是推进卫生健康法治建设的基本路径。
Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction of the rule of law of health.The construction of the rule of law in health has gone through the stages of exploration,infancy,restoration,and reconstruction,taking shape,as well as continuous improvement,and has formed a health system that includes public health care,medical services,food and drug along with other health-related products.In addition,Chinese medicine protection and health public welfare establishments are included in the system.Basically,all aspects of health work have laws to abide by and rules to follow.The history of the construction of the rule of law in health shows that the basic path to promote the construction of the rule of law in health is to adhere to the leadership of the Party,to safeguard the health and safety of the people,to base on national conditions and the actual development of health care,and to adhere to legislation and major reform decisions.
