摘要
在市场经济日益发展的背景下,国内诸多企业在多个方面都有了一定提升,如技术和运营等。企业物资采购开始朝着高效化、合理化及规范化迈进。作为企业日常管理不可或缺的一部分,物资采购与成本控制方面息息相关,对企业经济效益形成了直接影响。而信息技术的日渐成熟严重冲击着现代企业的生存环境,就当前而言,诸多企业物资采购存在着信息滞后的情况,增大了采购成本,对企业盈利形成了制约,采购过程的透明度无法得到完全保证。因此,企业想要在信息化的经济社会中实现长远发展,需要企业改革创新,实现物资采购管理的信息化。故此,本文先重点分析了现代企业物资采购管理信息化所面临的制约因素,随后探讨实现管理信息化的建议,旨在提高企业的经营效益。
In the context of the ever-developing market economy,many domestic companies have made certain improvements in many aspects,such as technology and operations.Enterprise material procurement began to move towards high efficiency,rationalization and standardization.As an indispensable part of corporate daily management,material procurement is closely related to cost control,which has a direct impact on corporate economic benefits.The gradual maturity of information technology has severely impacted the living environment of modern enterprises.As far as the current situation is concerned,many enterprises’material procurement has information lagging,which increases procurement costs and restricts corporate profits.This has restricted corporate profits,and the transparency of the procurement process cannot be fully guaranteed.Therefore,if companies want to achieve long-term development in an informationized society,they need to carry out reforms and innovations to achieve informatization of material procurement management.This article first focuses on the analysis of the constraints faced by modern enterprise material procurement management informatization,and then discusses the recommendations for achieving management informatization,aiming to improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise.
