摘要
“红色桂师”是广西众多红色资源中的一颗闪亮明珠。本文从红色堡垒是如何形成的、革命熔炉是如何炼成的、钢铁战士是如何淬炼的、革命力量是怎样壮大的、办学方向是如何形成的等几个方面挖掘党在桂师的革命历史,从坚持党的领导、加强思政教育、抓基层导向、坚持统一战线和服务乡村教育等方面获得启示,为当前地方师范院校的管党治校、立德树人实践指明方向。
Guangxi Provincial Teacher Training School(also known as Guilin Normal College today)is believed to be one of the brilliant constituents among various revolutionary resources of Guangxi.The paper is to probe into the CPC’s revolutionary undertakings in the school from the following respects,namely,the leadership and mobilization competence of the CPC,the cultivation and reinforcement of the revolutionary forces,the formation of orientation for running the school.Afterwards,inspirations can be drawn in connection with the running of the local normal colleges,that is,to uphold the Party’s leadership,to enhance the ideological and political education,to guide the political orientation of the grass-roots organizations,to persevere in the united front and serve the education in rural areas.Therefore,explicit guidelines will be set for the Party’s leading role in the local normal colleges and moral education.
