阀门操作是供水等行业对外服务工作的一个重要环节,阀门巡检是保障阀门安全有效操作的管理手段,但在过去,阀门巡检确是一项管理难题。“AR智能阀门巡检系统”是利用最新AR技术开发的软件.通过先进的AR技术实现了数据可视化,可使地下管线等资产直观呈现。该系统利用全球领先的AI视觉识别技术,与关系三维匹配算法,通过手机摄像头可实现将该路口的阀门及管线信息展示在实际的现场环境中,旨在使阀门巡检工作更为真实有效。系统使用后,阀门巡检从原来一年只能完成几处重要区域巡检,提升到可完成浦东范围的大阀门巡检,使巡检完成率和阀门见阀率大大提高,提升了供水服务质量,保证居民正常用水。
Valve operation is an important part of external service work in water supply and other industries,while valve inspection is an essential management means for the safe and effective operation of valves,however,valve inspection is a management problem."AR itelligent valve inspection system"is a software developed by latest AR technology.Data visualization is realized by advanced AR technology,and the assets such as underground pipelines can be visualized in front of insectors.The system uses leading AI vi-sual recognition technology and the 3D matching algorithm of relationship,the valve and pipeline information of the intersection can be displayed in the actual field environment through mobile camera,aiming to make the valve inspection work more real and efective.After the use of the system,the inspection of valves has been improved from only a few important areas in one year to a large valve inspection in Pudong area,which greatly improves the inspection completion rate and the valve inspection rate,and improves the ser-vice quality of water supply and ensures the normal water use of residents.
