摘要 钢板桩围堰由于其吊装技术复杂、精确度控制要求高等原因,经常是施工过程中的重点安全监测部位。为保证钢板桩围堰结构在施工过程中的稳定性和可靠性,及时获取动态监测结构全过程的变形与应力等响应,基于五峰山过江通道芒稻河特大桥工程,开发出一套用于钢板桩围堰施工的智能监测预警系统。该系统具有可视化界面,能够多终端、多平台、全气候条件下实时查看现场情况,可以提前预测危险并为现场人员及物资的调配提供支持。该系统运行稳定,可于类似项目中推广使用。 Steel sheet pile cofferdam is usually the key position of safety supervision in the construction process due to its complex hoisting and precision control reasons.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of steel sheet pile cofferdam in the construction process,and to dynamically monitor the deformation,stress and other responses of the structure during the construction process,a system of intelligent monitoring and warning is developed for the steel sheet pile cofferdam used in the construction management of the Mang-laohe Bridge in Wufengshan Expressway crossing Yangzi River.The system has visual interface,which can realize the real-time view of the site situation under multi-terminal,multi-platform and full climate conditions,and can predict the danger in advance,and support the deployment of personnel and materials on the site.The monitoring system runs stably and can be applied to similar construction projects.
