摘要
现基于Super-SBM模型,计算我国生物医药产业75家上市公司数据及融资效率差异,采用Malquist模型对综合效率指数轨迹、技术效率轨迹和技术进步效率轨迹动态变化展开相应调研。最终得出研究结果,并提出提升企业的融资产出及提高融资效率;加大财政、税收等补贴力度;应积极培育生物医药产业集群并快速扩大产业规模效应;加大金融手段创新等发展建议。
The advantages of Super-SBM precision measurement of financing efficiency are brought into full play,and the difference of financing efficiency is calculated by using the data of listed companies.Using the Malquist model,the dynamic changes of synthetic efficiency index trajectory,technological efficiency trajectory and technological progress trajectory are studied.The research shows that the overall efficiency value of China's biomedical industry is low.Only seven enterprises have an efficiency value higher than 0.85,and those with an efficiency value lower than 0.7 account for 81.34%.Most listed companies have an inefficient financing state,and the financing structure needs to be further improved.The average index of Malquist has been maintained at around 1.0,and the financing efficiency is characterized by volatility.The current situation of declining-slowly rising-sharply falling-sharply rising-continuously declining shows that the biomedical industry in China is still in the initial stage of industrial development.The degree of environmental volatility is very high in various aspects such as the financial environment,internal and external investment,government subsidy policies,and technological innovation.The technical efficiency index is greatly affected by the scale efficiency,but the pure technical efficiency is not obvious.98.67%of enterprises(TC averages greater than 1)focus on technological innovation,but technological progress has not yet become the main source of financing efficiency.
