摘要
2018年6—10月,在吉林龙湾国家级自然保护区大龙湾玛珥湖水华爆发期间,对大龙湾及邻近的三角龙湾浮游植物群落结构以及相关水质参数进行了调查研究.结果表明:大龙湾水华是由单一的鼓藻属(Cosmarium)群落大量繁殖所形成的绿藻水华,水华爆发期间大龙湾总藻类细胞密度为24.2~27.9万个/L,较邻近三角龙湾高2个数量级;同时,大龙湾水体总氮浓度和水体电导率均明显升高.大龙湾水华爆发期间总氮浓度为0.17~0.41 mg/L,水体电导率为0.3~0.95 ms/cm.
Water blooms developed for the first time in the Dalongwan Maar lake in Jilin Longwan National Nature Reserve from June to October 2018.This study investigated the phytoplankton community structure and water quality parameters in Dalongwan Marr lake and its neighboring Sanjiaolongwan Maar lake from June to October 2018.Through the investigations,found that the green algae blooms were caused by the outbreak of Cosmarium community.During the water bloom,the total algae cell density in Dalongwan Maar lake was 2 orders of magnitude higher than that of its neighbor Sanjiaolongwan Maar lake.The higher total nitrogen concentration and water conductivity in Dalongwan Maar lake may be the cause of the outbreak of Cosmarium blooms.
