摘要
本文讨论了社区居民在社区微更新公众参与背景下,参与社区微更新实践的必要性。通过上海2020年杨浦区五角场吉浦小区微更新案例,探讨有效引导社区居民参与社区微更新实践的途径与运作机制,以期为国内社区规划师在未来的社区微更新项目实践中,有效引导社区居民自主参与社区共创共建提供借鉴。
Under the background of public participation in community micro-renewal,this paper discusses the necessity of community residents participating in community micro-renewal practice.Through the case of micro-renewal in Jipu community,Wujiaochang street,Yangpu district,Shanghai in 2020,this paper explores the ways and operation mechanisms to effectively guide community residents to participate in community micro-renewal practice in order to provide a reference for domestic community planners to effectively guide community residents to participate in community co-creation and co-construction in the future community micro-renewal projects.
