基于均衡调节阀的电厂一次风风粉均衡调节研究 被引量:2

摘要 燃煤电厂一次风风量和煤粉浓度是锅炉安全经济运行的重要参数,合理且均衡的一次风量和煤粉浓度对于煤粉的清洁高效燃烧具有重要意义。本文以格栅型在线调节阀为研究对象,基于随机粒子轨道模型利用FLUENT软件模拟了格栅型调节阀不同开度下的一次风风速和煤粉浓度分布。模拟结果显示:通过在线调整格栅型阀门的开度,可以明显改善一次风风速和煤粉浓度的均衡。基于上述模拟结果,最后给出了适合实际运行的一次风风粉均衡调节的在线均衡调节阀开度调节策略。 The air volume and pulverized coal concentration in the primary air pipeline of power plant are important parameters for the safe and economic operation of boiler.Reasonable and balanced primary air volume and pulverized coal flow are of great significance for clean and efficient combustion of pulverized coal.In this paper,the grid type control valves are taken as the research object.Based on the Random Particle-Trace model,the primary air velocity and pulverized coal concentration distribution of grid type control valve with different valve opening are simulated by FLUENT software.The simulation results show that:by adjusting the opening of grid valve,primary air velocity and pulverized coal concentration can be balanced.Based on the above simulation results,the opening regulation strategy of primary air powder flow control valve is given at last.
