摘要
为解决目前在用的便携绝缘检测仪器大多采用频率注入法,会在测试时对直流系统产生干扰的问题,依据直流系统绝缘检测装置应为直流原理的相关规定,研制了一套主从式便携直流系统绝缘检测装置。便携装置基于直流方法进行绝缘测量,由测量支路的主机和实时监测母线的从机两部分组成。从机检测母线电压、电阻,主机通过采集支路漏电流,计算分析支路电阻,实现直流系统绝缘情况便携检测。设计程序,制作实物搭建平台进行测试,测试结果证明装置的可行性和实用性。
In order to solve the problem that the frequency injection method is used in most portable insulation detection instruments,which will cause interference to the DC system during the test,and according as the relevant provisions of DC system insulation detection device should be DC principle,a set of master-slave portable DC system insulation detection device is developed.The portable device is based on DC method for insulation measurement,which is composed of two parts:the master of measurement branch and the slave of real-time monitoring bus.The slave machine detects the bus voltage and resistance,and the master machine calculates and analyzes the branch resistance by the branch leakage current,so as to realize the portable detection of DC system insulation.We design the program,make the physical object and build the platform for testing.The test results prove the feasibility and practicability of the device.
