摘要
随着社会经济的发展,高压开关柜的装用规模越来越大,也对其运行维护提出了更高的要求。断路器是高压开关柜中的核心部件,其机械特性关系到开关能否正常动作。本文设计了一种高压开关柜断路器机械特性在线监测装置。该装置通过霍尔电流传感器、角位移传感器及其电路以及状态监测智能终端等相关模块,分析处理得到断路器机械特性的特征参量,建立了机械特性状态评价体系。核心部件状态监测智能终端,可以提供传感器电源、数据通讯接口、评估算法容器、显示告警和上层通讯等服务。最后,通过实验测试验证了本文装置的有效性。
With the development of social economy,the installation scale of high voltage switchgear is becoming larger and larger,which also puts forward higher requirements for its operation and maintenance.Circuit breaker is the core component of high voltage switchgear,and its mechanical characteristics are related to whether the switch can operate normally.An online monitoring device for mechanical characteristics of high-voltage switchgear circuit breaker is designed.Through the Hall current sensor,angular displacement sensor and its circuit,as well as the intelligent terminal of condition monitoring,the characteristic parameters of the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker are analyzed and processed,and the state evaluation system of the mechanical characteristics is established.The intelligent terminal of core component condition monitoring can provide sensor power supply,data communication interface,evaluation algorithm container,display alarm and upper communication services.Finally,the effectiveness of the device is verified by experiment.
