摘要
全过程精细控压钻完井技术是指在钻井、完井过程中,对整个井筒压力进行有效控制与管理的钻完井技术,可有效解决窄密度窗口、压力敏感地层难以克服的溢漏同层、井控风险大以及窄密度窗口地层固井质量等系列复杂问题。从青海油田部署于柴达木盆地英中地区英中三号构造预探井狮63井基本情况出发,重点阐述了下干柴沟组地层裂缝性漏失严重、安全密度窗口窄、溢漏同存等钻井技术难点,采用全过程控压钻完井的技术有效解决了上述难题,顺利钻达目标井深,取得了良好的地质和工程效果,为后续英中地区解决类似钻井难题提供了有效的钻完井方式和经验分享。
The whole process fine pressure control drilling and completion technology refers to the drilling and completion technology that effectively controls and manages the entire wellbore pressure during drilling and completion,which can effec⁃tively solve a series of complex problems,such as narrow density window,leaking in the same layer in pressure sensitive for⁃mation,high well control risk and cementing quality in narrow density window formation.In this paper,based on the basic sit⁃uation of well Shi 63,the pre-exploration well of Yingzhong No.3 structure in the Caidam Basin area,Qinghai Oilfield,the drilling technical difficulties are focused on such as serious fracture leakage,narrow safety density window and simultaneous overflow and loss in Xiaganchaigou formation,and the application of full-process pressure-controlled drilling and comple⁃tion technology effectively solves these problems and reaches the target well depth smoothly,finally,good geological and engi⁃neering results have been obtained,which provides an effective drilling and completion method and experience sharing for solving similar drilling problems in Yingzhong Block.
