摘要
采用异丁醛和碱通过微反应仪器合成十二碳醇酯。实验选用异丁醛和NaOH,系统地研究了碱的浓度、含量、温度对微反应的影响。研究表明:当异丁醛和NaOH流速比为1.1︰0.1(流速单位:mL/min),反应温度为50℃,NaOH浓度为30%,目标产物收率达86.5%。
Dodecyl alcohol ester was synthesized through microreaction with iso-butyraldehyde and alkali.Iso-butyraldehyde and NaOH were selected for the experiment and the effects of the alkali concentration,content and temperature on microreaction were systematically studied.The results show that when the iso-butyraldehyde/NaOH flow velocity ratio is 1.1∶0.1(unit:mL/min),the reaction temperature is 50℃ and the concentration of NaOH is 30%,the yield of the target product is 86.5%.
