输电线路无人机精细化巡检自动驾驶系统研发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 由于输电线路精细化管理的要求和员工技术水平的差异,使得人工操控无人机巡检输电线路的拍摄位置、高度、部位、顺序以及质量等存在差异,从而增加了巡视的安全风险和缺陷分析的难度。针对输电线路精细化巡检的内容和要求,采用智能飞行控制技术和机器学习算法,自主研发了一款针对输电线路无人机精细化巡检的自动驾驶系统。在深圳市大鹏区500 kV输电线路上对该系统进行测试,结果表明无人机作业安全,获取的影像数据质量好,距离杆塔近,能够清楚展示杆塔的部件信息,将其应用于缺陷隐患识别软件中,可实现缺陷的自动识别。 Due to the requirements of fine management of transmission lines,the differences in the technical level of employees,and the shooting location,height,location,order and quality of the transmission lines of manually controlled unmanned aerial vehicles,which increases the safety risk and the difficulty of defect analysis of the inspection.According to the content and requirements of fine transmission line inspection,intelligent flight control has developed an automatic driving system for transmission line UAV using intelligent flight control technology and machine learning algorithm.The system was tested on the 500kv transmission line of Dapeng District,Shenzhen.The results showed that the UAV was safe,with good quality of image data and close to the tower,and the component information of the tower can be clearly displayed and applied to the defect hidden danger identification software,realizing the automatic identification of defects.
