摘要
在大学管理活动中,大学校长突出的主体地位促使"大学校长研究"成为高校管理研究领域的重要部分。自20世纪20年代起,我国的"大学校长研究"已经有了百年历程。在"研究兴起"阶段,研究基本是一种对大学校长的简单关注;在长达四十年的"空窗"阶段,受到战争和政治的强烈影响,并没有留下能被我们检索到的文献;在"研究恢复"阶段,无论在涵盖内容的广度上还是聚焦问题的深度上又或是学术文章的规范性上都有很大提高;在"研究发展"阶段,基本实现了研究内容和研究方法的重建,创造出了很多有价值的研究成果。
The prominent principal position of the university president in the activities of university management makes“university president research”a vital part of the research field of university management.Since the 1920s the study of“university president”in China has had a history of one hundred years.In the infancy stage,researches were basically a simple concern to university presi⁃dents;strongly influenced by war and politics during the four decades of a vacuum period(1937-1976)there was no literature left that could be retrieved.In the research recovery stage,the scopes of the coverage,the depth of the research topics,and the standardization of academic articles have been greatly improved.In the stage of research development,the research content and methods were reconstructed and create plenty of valuable research findings.
