摘要
榆能化一期煤气化装置细渣干燥处理采用传统的真空带式过滤机工艺,二期采用卧式离心机工艺,介绍了两种工艺的流程,重点分析了离心机工艺系统的主要结构和运行情况,详细对比了两种工艺的主要技术参数和运行情况。结果表明,两种工艺都能够满足装置运行要求,离心机工艺较传统真空带式过滤机工艺占地小、操作维护容易、配套设备少、环境友好。
The conventional vacuum belt filter process was adopted for the fine slag dehydration treatment in Phase I gasification unit of Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,while the horizontal centrifuge process was adopted in Phase II.The two process flows were introduced,with key analysis on the main structure and operation of the centrifuge system.At the same time,the main technical parameters and operation conditions of these two processes were compared in detail.The results showed that both processes could meet the operation requirements of the unit.Compared with the conventional vacuum belt filter process,the centrifuge process had the advantages of small floor space,easy operation and maintenance,less supporting equipment and environment friendly.
