摘要
基于Hypermesh软件建立的汽车排气系统的有限元模型,运用MSC.NASTRAN软件首先进行自由模态分析,初步确定悬挂点位置。再运用平均驱动自由度位移法(ADDOFD)对排气系统的悬挂点位置进行优化。最后对优化后的排气系统进行了约束模态分析。结果表明,优化后的各阶固有频率能避开发动机怠速和经济转速下的激励频率,从而可以有效降低排气系统的振动。
Based on the finite element model of an automobile exhaust system which was established by Hypermesh,the free modal analysis was first carried out by MSC.NASTRAN to determine the initial hanger locations.Based on the con⁃straint modal analysis,the optimization of hanger locations was presented through the average driving degrees of freedom displacement(ADDOFD).It shows that for the optimized hanger locations,the natural frequencies of exhaust system can avoid excitation frequency from engine when it operates at both idle and economic rotation speed.
