摘要
政府对新兴体育社会组织的培育是推动新兴体育社会组织发展的重要前提。运用文献资料法等研究方法,在资源依赖理论视角下,通过分析政府培育新兴体育社会组织的现状,指出政府培育新兴体育社会组织支持力度小,新兴体育社会组织对政府的依附程度高,政府与新兴体育社会组织双向互动缺失等困境,提出加强政府对新兴体育社会组织的扶持力度,减轻新兴体育社会组织对政府的依附程度和提升政府与新兴体育社会组织的资源共享能力等实施路径。
A crucial prerequisite for the development of emerging sports social organizations is the cultivation from government.With the perspective of Resource Dependence Theory,this article adopts the methods of literature review by examining the current conditions of the government's cultivation of emerging sports social organizations.Moreover,it points out three predicaments that emerging sports social organizations face towards the government,which consists of the low support from government,high dependence on the government and the lack of bilateral interaction with the government.Therefore,it puts forward the following implement approaches which includes reinforcing the government's support for emerging sports social organizations,reducing the dependence of emerging sports social organizations on the government,and improving resource-sharing capabilities for both sides.
