摘要
目的观察优质护理干预对腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月在我院治疗的腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术患者120例,患者年龄38~69岁,平均年龄(45.92±13.43)岁。随机分成两组,每组60例患者,分别采取常规护理(对照组)和优质护理干预(观察组)。观察和比较两组患者术后发生出血、CO_(2)蓄积、严重疼痛、胃肠胀气情况及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者发生术后出血、CO_(2)蓄积、严重疼痛、胃肠胀气概率降低,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者满意度达到98.33%,显著高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预有利于减少腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者术后出血、CO_(2)蓄积、严重疼痛、胃肠胀气发生概率,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective Observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods We selected 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The patients were 38 to 69 years old,with an average age of(45.92±13.43)years old.Randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in each group,and received routine care(control group)and highquality care intervention(observation group).The postoperative bleeding,CO_(2) accumulation,severe pain,flatulence and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had lower rates of postoperative bleeding,CO_(2) accumulation,severe pain,and flatulence.The difference was statistically significant.The patient satisfaction of the observation group reached 98.33%,which was significantly higher than the 88.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Highquality nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding,CO_(2) accumulation,severe pain,and flatulence in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and improve patient care satisfaction.
