摘要
目的探讨临床检验中对尿液检验结果产生影响的相关因素,并提出相应的解决对策,以减少检验误差。方法选取2016年3月至2018年7月于我院接受尿常规检验的950例患者作为研究对象。对其中37例检验结果误差比较大的标本进行复检,分析并总结对检验结果产生影响的相关因素。结果本组采集的950份尿液标本中,检验结果误差较大的有37份(3.89%)。经复检发现,最为常见的影响因素是采集方式不当(占32.43%),其次为标本污染(占21.62%)、容器不达标(占16.21%)、收集时间不当(占10.81%)、检测仪器操作不当(占8.11%)、送检时间长(占5.41%)、标记不明确(占5.41%)等因素。结论在临床检验过程中,对尿液检验结果造成影响的因素有很多,应对尿液检验全程进行严格把控,并采取针对性的解决对策,积极避免相关因素对检验结果造成不利影响,同时对各个操作环节进行规范处理,合理控制影响因素,有效提高尿液检验结果的准确性。
Objective To study and discuss the relevant factors influencing the urine test results in clinical examination,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to reduce the error of urine test.Methods From March 2016 to July 2018,950 cases of patients who received routine urine test in our hospital were selected as study objects.Thirty-seven samples with large errors in test results were reexamined,and the relevant factors influencing the test results were analyzed and summarized.Results Of the 950 urine samples collected in this group,37 samples have a large error in test results,accounting for 3.89%.On reinspection,the influence factors of the most common is the improper patients(32.43%),followed by the specimen pollution(21.62%),the container is not up to standard(16.21%),improper collection time(10.81%),test instruments and improper operation(8.11%),were long hours(5.41%),mark is not clear(5.41%).Conclusion In clinical inspection,the factors that affect the urine test results is more,deal with urine test strictly to control all the way,and adopt corresponding countermeasures,to avoid negatively related factors on the test results,at the same time for each operation link specification processing,reasonable control factors,effectively improve the accuracy of the urine test results.
