摘要
通过查阅文献,对桂花果所含的挥发油、脂肪酸、萜类、糖苷类、多糖等化学成分,及其所具有的抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等生物活性的研究现状进行了阐述。为实现桂花果的综合开发利用,解决桂花果资源浪费问题及桂花果对城市街道卫生环境污染难题提供参考和依据。
Through the literature review,the chemical components of volatile oil,fatty acids,terpenes,glycosides and polysaccharides contained in Osmanthus fragrans fruit,and the biological activities of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities were described.It provided reference and basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of O.fragrans fruit,the waste of resources and the pollution of urban street sanitation.
