摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定在老年结肠癌手术患者苏醒期血流动力学中的影响情况。方法选取我院2017年4月至2020年4月期间收治的择期行结肠癌根治术老年患者共120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予丙泊酚诱导麻醉,观察组给予右美托咪定诱导麻醉,观察两组患者术后恢复情况、苏醒期血流动力学变化、镇静-躁动评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组苏醒时间、自主呼吸时间、首次肛门排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组苏醒期血流动力学指标[平均动脉压(MAP)、收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)]及镇静-躁动评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后观察组并发症总发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的28.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定可有效促进老年结肠癌患者术后恢复,改善苏醒期血流动力学,预防术后躁动发生,且并发症较少,值得临床广泛推广并应用。
Objective To investigate the impacts of dexmedetomidine in the treatment of hemodynamics in elderly patients undergoing colon cancer surgery during recovery period.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing radical surgery for colon cancer admitted to the author's hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected for this research.They were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with propofol induced anesthesia,while the observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine induced anesthesia.The postoperative recovery,hemodynamic changes in the recovery period,sedation-agitation scoreand complications of the two groups of patients were observed.Results Recovery time,spontaneous breathing time,first exhaust time and recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemodynamic indices,including mean arterial pressure(MAP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),as well as sedation-agitation score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 28.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of elderly patients with colon cancer,improve the hemodynamics in the recovery period,prevent postoperative agitation,and has less complications,which is worthy of widely clinical promotion and application.
