摘要
目的评价成人受种者对移动预防接种车提供预防接种服务的满意度。方法在青岛市利用移动预防接种车为工作场所工作人员提供预防接种服务,开展满意度问卷调查,分析满意度及其影响因素。结果调查对象对移动预防接种车提供预防接种服务的综合满意度为82.98%(312/376),对预防接种车的设计创新性、使用便捷性、环境舒适性、使用需求和整体感觉的满意度分别为88.67%(321/362)、86.97%(327/376)、85.37%(321/376)、92.29%(347/376)和93.05%(348/374);单因素分析显示,认为接种疫苗对自身健康重要者满意度高。结论移动预防接种车开展成人预防接种具有良好的适用性;需加强成人预防接种知识宣传。
Objective To evaluate satisfaction with a mobile vaccination vehicle(MVV)for adult vaccination services.Methods We used MVVs to provide vaccination services for staff in workplaces in Qingdao city and conducted a questionnaire-based survey of satisfaction with MVV among vaccinees.We analyzed satisfaction rates and factors influencing satisfaction.Results Overall satisfaction with the MVV was 82.98%(312/376).Satisfaction with innovative design,convenience for use,comfortable environment,demand for use,and overall feeling about MVVs were 88.67%(321/362),86.97%(327/376),85.37%(321/376),92.29%(347/376),and 93.05%(348/374),respectively.Univariate analysis showed that satisfaction was highest among subjects who believed vaccination to be important for their health.Conclusions The mobile vaccination vehicle is useful for adult vaccination services.We should strengthen publicity of knowledge about vaccines among adults.
