摘要
集成电路是信息技术产业的"工业食粮",其发展规模和技术趋势已经成为衡量一个国家产业竞争力和综合国力的重要标志,对全球经济一体化和信息化竞争中所处的核心地位具有极大的影响。回顾集成电路产业的历史和发展历程,分析了我国集成电路产业的规模、产业链自主可控能力、从业人员增长趋势等,给出了未来集成电路产业的发展建议,指出大基金协助、高端人才引进、产业要素资源共享、强化技术创新、融合产业资源和增强区域聚焦是集成电路发展的源动力。梳理、总结了我国集成电路行业的发展现状,对现存问题进行了分析,并且提出了建议,必须时刻充分地认识集成电路产业发展的长期性和艰巨性。
Integrated circuit is the"industrial food"of information technology industry.It’s development scale and technology trend have become an important symbol to measure the industrial competitiveness and comprehensive national strength of a country,and it has a great impact on the core position of the global economic integration and information competition.The history and development course of the IC industry is reviewed,and the scale of China’s IC industry,the independent control ability of the industrial chain,the growth trend of employees are analyzed,and some suggestions for the future development of the IC industry are given.It is pointed out that the development of IC is driven by the assistance of large funds,the introduction of high-end talents,the sharing of industrial elements and resources,the strengthening of technological innovation,the integration of industrial resources and the strengthening of regional focus.The current situation of the development of China’s integrated circuit industry is summarized,the existing problems are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward,and the long-term and arduous development of the integrated circuit industry mused be fully understood.
