3层浸没循环撞击流设备提取黄骅冬枣原花青素工艺 被引量:1

Extraction Process of Proanthocyanidins from Huanghua Dongzao with Three-layer Immersion Circulating Impinging Flow Equipment

摘要 以黄骅冬枣为研究对象,3层浸没循环撞击流设备协同提取冬枣中原花青素,3层浸没循环撞击流设备中添加挡板实现撞击流最大化,通过单因素试验和响应面试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,3层浸没循环撞击流提取冬枣中原花青素优化工艺条件为液料比值44 m L/g、转速1550 r/min、乙醇体积分数67%、时间22 min、温度55℃。在优化工艺条件下,冬枣中原花青素得率为2.213%。试验结果相对误差较小,拟合函数模型可用。试验结果有助于拓展黄骅冬枣在食品、化妆品、饲料等行业中应用,丰富冬枣产业化路径,在工艺、技术、设备等方面提供理论支持。 Taking Huanghua Dongzao as the research object,synergistically proanthocyanidins from Dongzao jujube were extracted by three-layer immersion cycle impingement flow equipment.The three-layer immersion cycle impingement flow equipment was added baffles to maximize the impingement flow,and the extraction process was optimized through single factor test and response surface test.The results showed that the optimized process condition for extracting proanthocyanidins from Dongzao by three-layer immersion cycle impinging stream was liquid-to-material ratio 44 m L/g,speed 1550 r/min,ethanol volume fraction 67%,time 22 min and temperature 55℃.Under the optimized process condition,the yield of proanthocyanidins in Dongzao was 2.213%.The relative error of the test results was small,and the fitting function model was available.It was expanded that the application of Huanghua Dongzao wax used in food,cosmetics,feed and other industries;The industrialization path of Dongzao was enriched;Theoretical support in technology,technology and equipment was provided.
