软弱厚煤层大断面切眼掘进与支护技术 被引量:12

摘要 针对园子沟煤矿综放工作面软弱厚煤层大断面切眼掘进和支护问题,通过类比法确定了切眼"二次成巷"施工方案,通过FLAC3D软件模拟了切眼"二次成巷"过程中顶板应力及位移演化规律,研究结果表明:切眼顶板垂直应力随顶板跨度增加而大幅度降低,浅部2 m内煤体失去承载能力、顶板表面煤体拉伸破坏、深部煤(岩)体强度保存较好,以及最终切眼顶板下沉呈偏向性。分析了大断面切眼"锚梁网"、"锚索梁"和桁架锚索联合支护的原理,提出了具体支护参数并进行了现场应用,切眼顶板最大下沉量269 mm,两帮最大移近量320 mm,能够满足运输和安装要求,支护技术可以有效控制软弱厚煤层大断面切眼围岩变形。 Aiming at the digging and supporting problems of large cross section open-off cut in soft and thick coal seam of fully mechanized caving face in Yuanzigou coal mine, determined the construction scheme of "secondary tunneling" by analogy. The evolution law of roof stress and displacement in the process of "secondary tunneling" was simulated by FLAC3 D, the results show that the tensile failure of surface coal mass, low bearing capacity of shallow coal mass in 2 m, high shear stress and high strength preservation of deep coal mass are remarkable characteristics of large-span roof. The principle of combined support of "anchor beam network", "anchor beam" and truss anchor cable for large section cut is analyzed and the specific supporting parameters are put forward and applied in field. The maximum subsidence of cut roof is 269 mm and the maximum convergence of two sides is 320 mm, the results can meet the requirements of transportation and installation, supporting technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of large section cut in soft thick coal seam.
