摘要
目的探究多索茶碱片联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉对煤工尘肺的临床疗效影响。方法选取2019年5月~2020年5月期间收治的92例煤工尘肺患者作为研究对象,采用单双数法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组采用多索茶碱片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉治疗。分析两组患者的肺功能及临床疗效差异。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者总有效治疗44例(95.65%),显著多于对照组的37例(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组的升高程度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,两组患者的生活质量均显著升高,且观察组的升高程度显著高于对照组,两组组间和组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱片联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉可以有效提高煤工尘肺患者的临床疗效,改善患者的肺部功能,提升术后生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of doxofylline tablets combined with budesonide fomoterol powder on coal pneumoconiosis.Methods 92 cases of coal pneumoconiosis treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by single and even method.The control group was treated with doxophylline tablets.Observation group on the basis of the control group combined with budesonide formoterol powder treatment.To analyze the difference of pulmonary function and clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,44 cases(95.65%)were treated effectively in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group group 37 cases(80.43%),the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05).The FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC levels of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 or 3 months of treatment,the quality of life of the patients in the two groups increased significantly,and the degree of increase in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups and within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to combine doxofylline tablets with budesonide fomoterol powder to improve the clinical efficacy of coal pneumoconiosis,improve lung function and life quality after operation.
