摘要
目的:探讨一种用于输尿管钳、异物钳的辅助手工清洗装置的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月~2020年7月消毒供应中心接收的160件医疗器械并随机分成观察组80件与对照组80件,对照组采取常规的器械清洗方法,观察组采取一种辅助手工清洗装置,比较两组器械清洗质量。结果:观察组在锈斑、血渍、污渍、水垢、损毁评分上均要显著高对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辅助手工清洗输尿管钳、异物钳装置的使用,能显著提高器械的清洗质量,降低医院感染的发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of an auxiliary manual cleaning device for urinary forceps and foreign body forceps.Methods:160 pieces of medical devices received by the disinfection and supply center from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(80 pieces)and the control group(80 pieces).The control group adopted the conventional cleaning method,and the experimental group adopted an auxiliary manual cleaning device.Results:The scores of rust spots,blood stains,damage,dirt,teeth and joints in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of auxiliary manual cleaning device for urinary catheter forceps and foreign body forceps can significantly improve the cleaning quality of instruments and reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
