摘要
目的:对比并评价上消化道异物患者分别应用常规胃镜与无痛胃镜进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年5月~2019年6月本院收治的84例上消化道异物患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序,将其分为两组,接受常规胃镜治疗的为对照组,应用无痛胃镜治疗的为观察组。统计两组患者的治疗效果,并进行评价。结果:观察组患者的异物成功取出率显著高于对照组,而治疗时间以及不良反应发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组治疗过程中的心率、SpO_(2)及MAP虽然有所下降,但处于正常水平,治疗后得到恢复。结论:通过对上消化道异物患者展开无痛胃镜治疗,可成功取出异物,且手术时间相比于常规胃镜更短,不良反应更少,值得重视。
Objective:To compare and evaluate the effect of conventional gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy in patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign body.Methods:84 patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign body admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups.Those receiving conventional gastroscopy treatment were the control group,while those receiving painless gastroscopy treatment were the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The successful removal rate of foreign body in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the treatment time and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,although the heart rate,SpO_(2) and MAP of the observation group decreased during the treatment,they were normal and recovered after treatment.Conclusion:Through the painless gastroscope treatment for patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign body,the foreign body can be successfully removed,and the operation time is shorter than conventional gastroscope,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of attention.
