摘要
目的探讨桔贝合剂联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年4月我院收治的220例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组110例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合桔贝合剂治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、症状及体征消失时间、炎症因子水平、趋化因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.73%,明显高于对照组的82.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的退热时间及咳嗽、咳痰、肺啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、MCP-4、MDC、Cys LTs水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-4、MDC、Cys LTs水平均较治疗前降低,IL-10水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论桔贝合剂联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果显著,可缩短患儿的症状及体征消失时间,减轻炎症反应,降低趋化因子水平,且不良反应较少、安全性高,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jubei mixture combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 220 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 110 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Jubei mixture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs disappearance time,inflammatory factors levels,chemokines levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.73%,which was significantly higher than 82.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever clearance time and disappearance time of cough,expectoration and pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,MCP-4,MDC and Cys LTs between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-4,MDC,Cys LTs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of IL-10 was higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jubei mixture combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has a significant effect,it can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs,reduce inflammatory reaction,decrease chemokines level,with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotio
