摘要
山地农业公园是山地乡村在内的高质量转型创新模式之一,对产业发展、环境保护与居民增收具有积极意义。通过对平原与山地农业公园比较分析,发现山地农业公园具有多样融合的乡村景观、多元立体的农林生产体系、多点分散的旅游景区景点等特征,同时面临产业发展滞后、村民生活品质不高、旅游基础设施建设困难等发展困境,进而提出山地农业公园以自然生态保护为前提、农业产区发展为根本、社区发展为核心、旅游发展为触媒的“产—村—景”协同发展模式。并以四川省宜宾市筠连县巡司镇“川红故里”农业公园规划为具体实例,为山地农村高质量发展提供新思路。
Mountain agricultural park is one of the high quality transformation and innovation models in mountain and rural areas.It has positive significance for industrial development,environmental protection,and income increase of residents in mountain and rural areas.Through comparative analysis of mountain and plain agricultural park,it is found that mountain agricultural park the characteristics of diversified and integrated rural landscape,diversified and threedimensional agricultural and forestry production system,multi-point and scattered scenic spots,etc.At the same time,they are faced with the development difficulties such as lagging industrial development,low quality of life of villagers,and difficulties in tourism infrastructure construction.Then,the paper puts forward the“industry village landscape”coordinated development mode,which takes the natural ecological protection as the premise,the development of agricultural production areas as the foundation,the community development as the core,and the tourism development as the catalyst.Taking the planning of“hometown of Chuanhong”agricultural park in Xunsi Town,Junlian County,Yibin City,Sichuan Province as a concrete practice,this paper provides new ideas for the high-quality development of mountainous rural areas.
