摘要
模块化设计与建造作为近几年逐渐发展的新建造模式,为建设单位提高建设质量,缩短建设周期,降低建设成本提供了保证,逐渐受到建设单位的认可。本文在前期研究的基础上,重点介绍了模块化设计建造的优势,项目设计建造模式的确定方法,以及模块化业务流程。
Modular design and construction,as a new construction mode gradually developed in recent years,provides a guarantee for the construction unit to improve the construction quality,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost,and is gradually recognized by the construction unit.Based on the previous research,this paper mainly introduces the advantages of modular design and construction,the determination method of project design and construction mode,and the modular business process.
