摘要
目的:探讨心理障碍对住院医师规范化培训学员学习效果的影响。方法:收集某院神经内科规培的60名学员,通过自我评估健康问卷量表9及状态-特质焦虑量表,将学员分成有无心理障碍组,比较两组学员理论知识、实践技能和医患沟通得分方面存在的差异。结果:60例学员中,20例(33.3%)学员存在抑郁和(或)焦虑状态,与40例(66.7%),与正常学员比较,他们在理论知识和实践技能操作,以及医患沟通得分方面均明显落后(P<0.05)。结论:住院医师规范化学员心理障碍,尤其是抑郁或焦虑状态,能够影响他们临床学习效果,值得带教医院和老师给予重视。
Objective:To study the influence of psychological disorders on the learning effect of resident training.Methods:The 60 students in the neurology department were collected,By self-evaluating the health questionnaire scale 9 and the status-trait anxiety scale,Div students into groups with disorder groups,Comp are the differences in their theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and doctor-patient communication scores.Results:Out of 60 students,20(33.3%)participants experienced depression and/or anxiety,Compared with 40(66.7%)normal students,They operate in theoretical knowledge and practical skills,And are significantly behind in doctor-patient communication scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological disorder of resident students,Especially depression or anxiety,Can influence their clinical learning effect,It is worth giving attention to teaching hospitals and teachers.
