摘要
目的:探讨早期围手术期护理干预与常规护理对腹腔镜直肠癌术后预防深静脉血栓(DVT)发生的影响。方法:选取某医院接收并行腹腔镜手术治疗的191例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组97例患者行常规护理干预,实验组94例患者,综合实施针对性的护理干预措施,比较两组患者术前一般资料、术中及术后结果,术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的发生率,并对患者术后进行短期观察。结果:两组患者在一般资料方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其中实验组和对照组患者术后出现DVT分别为1例和8例,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.045),均出现在下肢。其中实验组术后血浆粘度、D-二聚体、FDP均低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的患者中实行积极的围手术期护理干预,可以有效降低患者术后发生深静脉血栓的风险,值得在临床上针对性地推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of early perioperative nursing intervention on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:191 patients with rectal cancer who received concurrent laparoscopic surgery in hospital were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups.A total of 97 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention and 94 patients in the experimental group received routine nursing intervention.Compare two groups of patients with preoperative general information,intraoperative and postoperative results,.To investigate the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in lower extremity in both groups and the postoperative patients with short-term observation.Results:There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group and control group in patients with postoperative DVT in 1 case and 8 cases respectively,the difference is statistically significant(P=0.045),both appear in the lower limbs.The experimental postoperative blood plasma viscosity,D-dimer,FDP were lower than the control group,comparison between groups,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive and early perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,and is worth popularizing in clinical targeted applications.
